Therefore, it reserves the right to change schedules or event planning in case atmospheric conditions may compromise our clients' safety. Lesson schedules are subject to change if the following situations occur: rain or the impossibility of the coach's attendance.

Cancellations and refunds are only made under the following conditions - if you have made the booking & full payment for the session and for personal reasons have changed your mind about the service you have purchased a credit refund/refund will be made according to the following condition:

48 hours prior to the start of the session/activity

100% of a credit in your favour is to be used within the validity period of the package purchased.

NOTE: After this period, cancellations will not be accepted for refund/credit purposes. Cancellations must be made through the personal FITOGRAM account or sent in writing to the e-mail address: info@concrete-surfers.com.

Concrete Surfers - Surfskate School, is not responsible for refunding services paid and not used by the client.

Concrete Surfers - Surfskate School, reserves the right to cancel lessons or activities.

In the rare event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be made.
